RPD Labour Suraksha Foundation is a non-governmental organization committed to uplifting and empowering laborers and marginalized communities across India. Founded with a mission to create a just and inclusive society, the foundation works toward:
- Promoting environmental safety, cleanliness awareness, sustainability, and environmental protection.
- Generating livelihood opportunities for youth, women, and waste workers.
- Strengthening circular economy and responsible waste management practices, including plastic waste collection from high-rise societies, hotels, marriage homes, banquet halls, factories, gram panchayats, nagar nigams, schools, and government offices.
- Empowering workers through advocacy for their rights and improving their health, safety, and living/working conditions.
- Providing vocational training, skill development, and business/telephonic consultation on health and environmental safety.
- Formulating and implementing schemes for women entrepreneurs, rural/village development, education, and tree planting.
